STCC@CLSU Campus Hosts KKK Seminar for 55 Church Leaders
18 August 2012, CLSU Campus, Nueva Ecija. The Sto. Tomas Church of Christ (STCC), which hold the worship and fellowship activities at the CLSU Interfaith Chapel, hosted today the Samahang Pangkalahatang Kapisanan ng Kalalakihang Kristiano (KKK) seminar series for 2012 organized by the ministry team of Bro. Jerry Felipe. Some 55 men, women and youth leaders of CCNE, Inc. (Church of Christ in Nueva Ecija) participated in this Christian education endeavor as coordinated by CLEAN (Church Leaders' Association of Nueva Ecija). Resource speakers are Bro. Felipe himself and Bro. Ruben Grande, who spoke on the following topics: 1. Pagpaparami at Pangangalaga ng Miembro sa Iglesia Locale, 2. Theology on Holy Spirit Baptism, Life After Death and the Lord's Supper. Open forum followed after each speaker presented their topic.
In the morning while waiting for the arrival of the speakers, the CCNE officers discussed some matters of provincial interests like the Mutual Fund project, Sports Festival, the upcoming Provincial Convention, the state/s of Women and Youth provincial fellowships. The morning was also devoted to film showing of selected Bible stories (like the story of Moses, Joshua, Jonah, Mary and Joseph and other "leaders" of God) produced/filmed by Ken Anderson Production of the USA.
Also announced in the seminar was the upcoming national sectoral fellowships of the Philippine churches of Christ on November 30, 2012 at Muntinlupa Sports Complex, Metro Manila, where the national associations of Men, Women and Youth will converge for a simultaneous day-long sectoral fellowship.
